Name of the Trade: Electrician

Trade Code: DGT/1001

Entry Qualification:  Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics or with vocational subject in same sector or its equivalent.

Minimum Age: 14 years as on first day of academic session.

Duration: Two Years (2400 hours + 300 hours OJT/Group Project)

Course Details: Fitter is a 2-year ITI course approved with the NCVT (National Council Vocational Training). ITI Fitter course is a trade related to the Mechanical branch. ITI Fitter syllabus includes the knowledge about fittings like Pipe fittings, Machine fitting, and structure fittings are the main working areas, on which a fitter works.

Surveyor

Course Details: This course is a hands on introduction to the common welding processes used in industry. Students will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and learn the basics of welding as well as the opportunity to specialize in the area of welding that is of particular interest to them.
