Note: Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation receipt. Keep the receipt safe and furnish the same as and when required.

Once the payment is done, a payment confirmation message along with receipt details will be displayed on your screen and you will receive the required documents mentioning your successful payment. Download the document and keep it safe for future reference.
In case of delay, kindly wait and do not refresh the page if you have initiated the payment. Check your internet connection if needed. However, if the payment fails, you will be notified on the same via a message displayed on your screen. In such cases, if your account gets debited of the GSMP admission amount kindly get in touch with the accounts department of Patharpratima Govt ITI for further assistance.
If there are any technical glitch or server errors, refer to your bank before you try to pay again. If your account is debited, refrain from paying further. Kindly get in touch with your bank to collect the transaction document where the debit amount is mentioned. If the account is not debited, you can wait and try again. Alternatively, if there is an error before you have shared your debit/credit or net banking credentials or before you have entered any details you can refresh the page and start again.
